Epicure - Self DestructIn 5

Unless you’ve lived in a cave for the past few years, chances are you have at least heard mention of these 5 lads from Ballarat, Victoria. Since the release of their debut album The Goodbye Girl in March, Epicure have been touring constantly, and collected both critical acclaim and a strong fan base.
Genuine from-the-heart lyrics allow us to relate to the problems everyone faces, in this case, relationship break-ups. With lines like I never wanna see the sun again, I’m gonna blow it sky high and I am never surfacing, I’ll sink beneath the waves again, the reaction is instantaneous! Emotional, yet not draining, it’s the perfect tune to have for either those lazy afternoons around the BBQ or a bash that gets a bit more rowdy!
Along with the powerful title track, the EP also features 3 tracks recorded ‘Live at the Wireless’ for Triple J. Life Sentence, Feet From Under Me and the stunning 12 Months Of Winter, all showcase their artistic talent in truthful, honest fashion. We also get a special preview of the unreleased Stars and Stripes which, with its dramatic eerie sound, is just a taste of what is yet to come.
The band are currently at the end of their national Self Destruct tour!
