Check the sweat here

Friday night at the RNA Showgrounds saw Hilltop Hoods play their tenth show on the Still Standing tour. DJ Adfu opened the show soon after the crowd of 4500 people filed under the Big Top tent feeling uneasy about the weather. His set felt as though it went forever and the crowd was quite lifeless until he started playing old favourites like Cypress Hill’s Insane In The Membrane. The last few songs of his set saw the crowd start to come alive and become more vocal.

Adelaide hip-hop two piece, Vents worked the crowd a bit more during their short set and really got them ready for Hilltop Hoods. They performed several songs including the set highlight Love Song that created a sweaty crazed audience.

After what seemed like the longest changeover ever, the Hilltop Hood boys – Emcees Suffa, DJ Debris and Pressure finally exploded onto the stage. Some of the songs on tonight’s set list included many off their new album State Of The Art including Super Official, The Light You Burned and then slowing it down with Last Confession. Throughout the set the crowd got more and more rowdy along with sharing copious amounts of sweat due to the muggy weather. Set highlights were Nosebleed Section, new single Still Standing and Chase That Feeling. After the incredibly loud encore the boys were back onstage and started Hillatoppa; with LED lights in their hoodies and all. Hilltop Hoods sure know how to raise the roof and had the audience eating out of the palm of their hands all night.

Nobody has hearted this, be the first!
