After the great impression made by Germany’s Sorgente, and Japan’s Tigarah already that day, there was no hesitation in checking out another international act; this time, back to the big blue tent for Singapore boys, Electrico. With so many of the offerings from Asia thus far having a distinct kitch-pop edge, this band was such an unexpected surprise; delivering good quality electro-fusion rock.

They looked kinda like guys who were nerds in high-school, who have transformed the look into an edgy cool; with thick glasses and messy hair, casual clothes and no air of pretentiousness in sight. They just got out there and enjoyed making music. The coolest moment of there set was the sudden realisation that one song had the bassist playing the lead melody; very cool.
