All About Me

I'm a musician and film-maker. My current project is Mauna Loa (myspace.com/maunaloa88) -- I'm also trying to organize some inner-city collaborative art events, but first I'll need to set up my life as I've been in Canada for the last year finishing my film degree. I was living in Toronto specifically, and had the opportunity to see a huge amount of exceptional live music, off the top of my head: Sigur Ros, Fleet Foxes, Four Tet, Hot Chip, M83, Animal Collective, the Yeah Yeah Yeahs, Shalabi Effect, Yeasayer, Keith Fullerton Whitman, Klimek, and in New York I was lucky enough to see the Boredoms. Now that I'm in Perth I'm looking forward to digging my teeth into the local scene, which after only a few weeks here has already proven more vibrant, creative and diverse than the local scene in Toronto, which considering Toronto's size is saying something.
