I am a freelance writer with my area of speciality being music reviews and interviews.
You'll catch me out listening to all kinds of music, as long as it's good! To me, good music means a combination of technical skill, a funky beat and soulful thought-provoking lyrics.
My tastes cover everything from old eighties stuff and grungy rock through to electronic dance music and anything in between. There's nothing better than the atmosphere of an energetic live gig and I love trying to capture that moment in words or pictures.
