NUKEATEEN ( nuke-a-teen ) N. NUKEATEEN ( nuke-a-teen ) N. 1. Catalyst used in explosion of body’s senses. 2. Disruption of Karma into a state of uncontrollable frenzy. 3. Means achieving the above. 4. Alocholic cocktail of unknown ingredients.
Nukeateen are an old school grunge/punk rock band formed by singer/ guitarist Taz Cebula, bassist Jon Cebula and Drummer Nick Iliffe
Ten Years ago Nukeateen played their farewell gig (The 9.1.99 gig) to a full house at the Oakley Arms Rushden, Northants, England. Ten Years on they're back together to record the songs that were popular live, but never made it to the studio, around 48 songs in total! Only Nukeateen could think up such an idea! Their reason for doing this is for their own record, and of course for you lovely people to hear.
The songs will be made into four new albums. The first album "Reginald's Revenge" is due for release on March 1st 2010 And gigs in England August 2010. So keep checking this site for further up dates. Their debut album "Ozone" from 1998 is available for download on this site or from last.fm/music/nukeateen. Below is the 1996 Promo video for the song "Drive" also from "Ozone" Enjoy, and spread the word!
