I haven't been too active on the site, but that's because I live in Auckland now, and it isn't too active unless there are big men groping around each other looking for balls.

I'm originally an Adelaide boy, and moved to Melbourne, and fuck, I miss Melbourne.

I have been heavily involved in the dance music scene through DJing and writing. I began writing for inthemix in 2001, and continued to write event reviews and feature stories with major dance acts until 2010.

I was the Dance Music Editor for dBmagazine from 2004 to 2007, writing the dance music news, reviewing music and writing feature interviews. Most of my reviews and interviews can be found on my website FunkyJ.com either in text or audio form.
