All About Me
My history as a music writer and critic has been categorised by my ability to fool people into believing I can write. A mixture of blind faith and deception landed me my current job as the Associate Editor at Sydney street press The Brag, as well as my many contributions to a myriad of magazines. These include - but aren't limited to, because I can't remember where my byline has ended up - the Sun Herald, Cyclic Defrost, Groupie, Fasterlouder and Beat Magazine.
Each week you can hear me on FBi Radio in Sydney hosting The Bridge. It's a hour-long show where I play nothing but Sydney music. I talk in between too, but that's usually the time to channel surf.
On top of that, I co-run the blog charmingly titled Who the Bloody Hell Are They, the first ever blog on the interwebs to focus on nothing but new Australian music. I wish I always had unique ideas like that.
It's a far cry from my former life as a retail-working psychology graduate.
