All About Me
I'm Alicen, or more known as Ali and I'm from Adelaide. I'm a 22 year old photographer. I live for photography and I come from a black& white film photography background.
My specialty is Live Band Photography and I have shot forsuch bands as: The Buzzcocks, The Unseen, Bombscare, The Disables, the Jerks, Standard Union and more.
I was photographer for Bombscare's latest album, 'Terror Australis" as well.
I have been a Social/Event photographer for things such as the Industrial night club Revolution Versus Machine and also for Glam! Adelaide Magazine.
I also specialize in alternative fashion and I have shot for the Vintage and Atlernative clothing store, Irving Baby!
Speaking of Alternative fashion, I also enoy the Japanese style, Lolita which is often refered to as Gothic Lolita, although the fashion has noting to do with either the Goth subculture nor the Nobakov book with the same title.
I listen to punk, goth, alternative and 80's music. Some of my favourite bands are listed...somewhere below!
My next endeavour will be my exhibition at the Crown and Anchor Hotel (Grenfel Street) showcasing some of my Lolita Fashion photographs on the 2nd May and also I will be shooting the international electronica band, Aural Vampire (Tokyo).
