Aussie rock legend, Jimmy Barnes is the latest artist to sign up for the Day on the Green series – previously headlined by acts such as Paul Kelly. Barnsie will headline four Day on the Green events throughout October and November.
The tour marks Barnes return to the stage after his recent heart surgeryy. He will perform at Craigmoor Winery (formerly Poet’s Corner), Mudgee NSW on October 27, Peter Lehmann Wines, Barossa Valley SA on November 10, Sandalford Wines, Swan Valley WA on November 11 and Rochford Wines, Yarra Valley VIC on November 24.
Playing support to the rock n roll King are a stak of Aussie acts including Barnes’ daughter Mahalia, Vanessa Amorosi, The Black Sorrows, Colin Hay, Richard Clapton, Deborah Conway and John Swan.
Now in its seventh year, A Day on the Green has become one of Australia’s leading concert event series. Tix on sale Monday August 6.
