Melbourne outfit 67 Special have returned from overseas amped from working on songs for their latest album with legendary US producer Jacquire King (Modest Mouse, Kings of Leon). Now they’re ready to rock local punters with their new tracks.

Since the release of their 2005 debut album, The World Can Wait,  67 Special have made a name for themselves for their dirty rock sound. They’ve shared stages with some of the biggest names in rock and now they headline a tour of their own.

The ‘killer bees’ tour (so named for the first track to drop from the album) will kick off in April and is sure to garner a lot of interest for the band’s new CD The Devil May Care.

Having recently recorded a track for the Spiderman 3 soundtrack, this band is about to go ballistic – catch them playing in a small venue – cause the next stop on the 67 Special train is gonna be a stadium…
