Bonnie Raitt adds somesideshows dates

More than just a best-selling artist, respected guitarist, singer and songwriter, Bonnie Raitt is a musical institution.The nine time Grammy award winner will land in Australia this Easter for the East Coast Blues and Roots festival – Raitt fans will be pleased to hear sideshows have just been announced.

Raitt started her musical career at the ripe old age of eight when her Quaker family presented her with a Stella guitar for a christmas present… Fast forward a decade or so and Raitt is making a name for herself as a blues guitarist in between lessons at Harvard University.
Cut to the present and the redhaired young blueswoman is now a member of  The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, the Hollywood Bowl Hall of Fame in 2001 and has appeared as a guest on over 100 albums as well as releasing an extensive catalogue of her own. Catch Raitt when she lands in Australia this April.
