The Smirnoff Experience is descending on Australia in 2007 for the very first time, with Sneaky Sound System, TV Rock and Ajax just announced as the local supports to with its massive lineup of international guests. The local acts will be joining the Cuban Brothers and Armand Van Helden, who is set to fly into the country direct from New York City for the one-off show at a secret location.
Sneaky Sound System are more than well known to the Aussie dance-listening public: beyond the fact that they are multi ARIA-nominated chart sensations and playing support for some of the biggest gigs in town, they’ve fine-tuned a stunning performance that includes DJs, effects and live vocals to deliver unabashed party mayhem.
TV Rock also smashed records with the success with their debut single Flaunt It, winning two Aria Awards last year for best dance release and highest selling single. A partnership between longstanding Aussie DJs Grant Smillie and Ivan Gough, it’s safe to say they’re the biggest production outfit in Australia right now.
Ajax is also larger than life – he’s the current Technics inthemix50 number one Australian DJ and has been awarded the 3D World Magazine Best DJ award for three years running. He’s a versatile and entertaining performer who is loved by both mainstream and underground crowds, and always a highlight of any party he plays.
Set to be one of the most exclusive dance parties of 2007, the only way you can score yourself a ticket for the Smirnoff Experience is to enter the competition to win a travel and entry prize pack. Check packs of Smirnoff Ice, Smirnoff Ice Double Black and Smirnoff Twist for more info.
