Wed 7th Feb, 2007 in Local News
Bootleg delivers an indie-fest yet again this Saturday night at Geddes Lane with two of the genre’s finest bands.
Receiving a plethora of rave reviews for their latest album Granddance and fresh from a performance at Sydney’s Big Day Out, Dappled Cities Fly return to Melbourne to deliver yet another memorable performance of their guitar fuelled indie rock.
Not to be outdone, Melbourne’s best kept secret and bedroom poet, Julian Nation, will kick off the night and is bound to impart his catchy choruses into your consciousness for the remainder of the weekend.
Throw in DJs spinning indie, rock, post punk and electro hits from past and present until the wee hours of Sunday morning, and you have one hellova Bootleg on your hands!
Bootleg at Geddes Lane, off Flinders Lane and King Street, near The Rialto, City this Saturday. Doors open at 9pm.
