The Model School opens itsdoors on Sydney

After an eventful 2006 supporting the likes of Toni Collette and The Finish, Okkervil River and Bluebottle Kiss, Sydney-based singer/songwriter The Model School, aka Brendan Wixted is looking to start the new year in similar fashion with two special shows in Sydney this month.
The Model School will bring a unique blend bedroom rhythms and insightful lyrics to Bar Broadway on Friday 19 January as part of Satisfaction 1960s Club’s Velvet Underground tribute night, and Enmore Park in Marrickville for Australia Day celebrations on Friday 26 January.
The Model School will be playing in support of their acclaimed album of last year, Alarm Clock Radiation.
