Devil’s Kitchen is back. And this year it’s going to be bigger and better than ever. In case you aren’t aware of what Devil’s Kitchen is, it’s a touring festival that aims to bring everything and everyone under the ‘stonerpunkrock’ umbrella together.
While each event has its own dinstinct lineup, the theme remains contant over the six events planned for next month.
This year’s tour gets underway at Ceres Environmental Park in Melbourne on February 3. A completely different lineup will play a second date at the same venue on February 10, while yet another version of the lineup hits the Rosemount Hotel in Perth (also February 10).
The Brisbane leg of Devil’s Kitchen happens on February 17 at the Columbian Bar in Fortitude Valley, featuring Rollerball, Fort and The Mexicans.
The final stop for this year’s event is Palm Court in Wollongong, where Pod People, Daredevil, Ahkmed and Baby Machine will play over two shows on February 17 and 18.
Tickets are available through all the usual outlets. Visit www.myspace.com/devilskitchenaustralia for more details.
