Due to overwhelming demand, My Chemical Romance’s February 5 gig at Metro City will now be all ages.

The show was originally billed as 18+ but with the band riding high on the back of hit album Welcome to the Black Parade, promoters have decided to give all MCR’s Perth fans the chance to see them at their own show.

Though the concert was initially planned as a licensed late show, it will now take place between 4 and 7pm and no alcohol will be served at the bar.

All tickets sold prior to today’s announcement will remain valid for the gig, but anyone unable to make it for the early start will be able to get a refund from their original point of purchase.

Tickets are still available from BOCS outlets and will set you back $53+bf.
