After the success of the recent Cup Eve Bootleg that saw more than 1000 people converge on all four levels of Geddes Lane, comes the next monthly instalment.

Promising to be yet another massive night, Geddes Lane’s December 16 event will be headlined by The Morning After Girls who play their Australian come back show after ten months of touring across the world, and sharing the stage with the likes of The Dandy Warhols, The Brain Jonestown Massacre and The Bravery. With a new EP due out shortly, Die! Die! Die! also make a triumphant return to Australia after blowing away media and fans alike overseas. Local favourites Damn Arms come out of recording hibernation to preview tracks off their soon to be released debut album, while Sydney instrumental post-punk quartet The Instant launch their debut album and open proceedings. Down stairs sees new wave punks Flesh Vs Venom, the chaotic drum machine fuelled Group Seizure, dark art rockers The Sinking Citizenship and screamo locals Chase Manhattan.

The celebrations not only include eight bands, but DJs right through till 7am, live art and visuals, as well as drink specials all night and access to the open air roof top beer garden.
