Roger Waters confirms detailsof Australian tour

Roger Waters, vocalist, bassist and main songwriter for the legendary Pink Floyd, has announced plans to begin his next world tour in Australia in January. 

It will be Waters’ third visit to our shores, having toured with Pink Floyd in 1973 and then solo in 2002.  Recent shows have been heavy on material from classic albums Dark Side of the Moon and The Wall, with Waters performing the former in its entirety on his recent European tour.

January 25: Acer Arena, Sydney
February 1: Rod Laver Arena, Melbourne
February 5: Brisbane Entertainment Centre
February 7: Adelaide Entertainment Centre
February 9 Members Equity Stadium, Perth

Tickets on sale Friday October 27

Personal shots or bagging him out are perfectly acceptable, but to say he won't sell these out is just daft. He sold out 2 Ent Cent shows in 2002, and that was without the selling point of playing DSOTM in full. These will sell out, as will additional s
