Fast-rising Queensland punk/screamo band The Scare have announced Australian tour dates in October and November following their return from the UK. The 6-piece had set up camp in Birmingham, England and toured widely, receiving attention from Metal bible Kerrang! who gave them a spot on the bill for their Most Wanted Tour!. Their EP Vacuum Irony was also released to positive reviews. Rock Sound magazine described them as the “musical equivalent of Russian Roulette. Illicit, exciting and fucking dangerous”, while website Drowned in Sound made comparisons with heavyweights The Bronx and Blood Brothers.
