Following the success of promo track ‘Can Can’, which received massive amounts of airplay on RTRFM, as well as rotation on Sydney’s FBi, RRR in Melbourne and spot play on Triple J, The Wednesday Society are hitting the road to launch their new single ‘Red Means Go’.
Having spent the first half of the year supporting the likes of The Subways, Les Savy Fav, Pharaohs and Expatriate, The Wednesday Society have decided to front some headlining shows of their own. First gig off the rank will be their single launch in Perth on June 24 at Amplifier with special guests The Silents, The Sure-Fire Midnights and Hooper’s Store.
Following the launch, the band will support Adelaide’s Bit By Bats on the WA leg of their national tour, before heading interstate to launch ‘Red Means Go’ in Melbourne and Sydney.
Tour dates:
July 21 – Rob Roy, Fitzroy, Melbourne
July 22 – Club 77, East Sydney
