They’ve been described as this year’s answer to My Chemical Romance; now Hawthorne Heights are ready to give local punters a taste of their powerhouse emo rock.

Since making their debut in 2004 with the album The Silence in Black and White, these Ohio lads have garnered fans all across the globe (let’s talk about their astonishing 400,000 friends on Myspace); have sold in excess of 800,000 albums and toured across America. Australian fans will finally get the chance to see the band in the flesh when they land on our shores as part of an Australasian tour. With a sophomore album to push (If Only You Were Lonely ) the band are powering thorugh one helluva touring schedule.
