Already a Sydney streetpress darling, local lad Brendan Wixted aka The Model School will be making the trek to Melbourne to perform his inimitable brand of pop rock (imagine Sparklehorse or the Eels as a solo act and you’ve got the feel).
With an album releasing at the end of June, Wixted will be cooking up a screaming solo gig that’s sure to get him a slew of new fans.
Check him out at the Empress Hotel in North Fitzroy on May 25 with D Rogers in Support.
