This year’s appearances in August by Icelandic band, Sigur Rós are still being talked about with many of the audience and fans claiming the band is one of the best and more eclectic bands in existence.

The organisers of the East Coast Blues & Roots Festival in Byron Bay have invited the band back to headline one of the main stages in April 2006.

The band will also be playing in Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane.

Tuesday 11, Melbourne, The Palais 
Wednesday 12, Sydney, The Enmore 
Thursday 13, Byron Bay, East Coast Blues & Roots
Saturday 15, Brisbane, The Tivoli 

Tickets go on sale Thursday December 15 at 9am.
