Tool announce Australian tour"VIP package"

Want a chance to attend sound-check with Tool? The band have announced an exclusive VIP package ahead of their Australian tour starting this month.

The package will include a bundle of exclusive features, and will be available in very limited numbers to existing and new ticketholders of the forthcoming shows. “VIPs” will be able to attend sound-check with members of the band, a Q&A session with their guitarist Adam Jones, gain early access to the floor (general admin ticketholders only), and receive an exclusive merchandise pack containing a T-shirt, poster, VIP laminate as well as a “bag of goodies. The VIP packages will go on sale at 9am Friday, April 12.

Tool last visited Australia for the 2011 Big Day Out festival and two headline shows. The band hasn’t released any new music since their fourth album 10,000 Days in 2006, but Jones recently told FL that he planned to make the shows as engaging and special as possible.
