Update: Blink 182 confirm fourSidewaves?

UPDATE: A representative from Soundwave has told FL that no additional Blink shows have been confirmed and that the dates posted on the Triple M website were based on rumour, not fact. Those dates have since been removed. Festival boss AJ Maddah has confirmed that the official dates will be released this week.
Blink 182 will play not one but four Soundwave Festival sideshows in Brisbane, Melbourne, Adelaide and Sydney next year.
Triple M has confirmed the dates for each of the shows and according to AJ Maddah the venues for each will be announced this Friday, with tickets going on sale the same day. While he originally said that there would only be one Blink sideshow – to be held at the Riverstage in Brisbane – the festival boss changed his mind soon after, indicating there would be at least two.
Maddah has previously revealed that tickets for the all-ages show will be priced “between $95 and $110”.

Blink will play alongside the likes of Metallica, Linkin Park and A Perfect Circle at the now sold out Soundwave Festival this February.
