Red Deer Festival 2012
Wed 9th May, 2012 in Local News
Located just outside of Samford on Brisbane’s Northside, Red Deer Festival is returning for its third year in 2012. The independent, community-driven event that has been dubbed “Brisbane’s best BYO camping festival” is 24 hours of music, and will be bigger than ever come September 1.
Red Deer is expanding its festival size by 50% with the aim of maintaining the intimate, relaxed vibe among an increased number of patrons. It will also be providing better facilities, a larger range of food vendors and more camping grounds, which you’ll be hearing about through increased publicity and an improved website.
This year the line up features the likes of Regurgitator, Clare Bowditch, Evil Eddie, Charlie Mayfair, Oceanics and a strew of equally talented local and international acts.
More info, including details of the artists, can be found on the Red Deer website: www.reddeerfest.com.au. Tickets go on sale June 1.
