Jonathan Boulet’s new solo album, the simply titled We Keep The Beat, Found The Sound, See The Need, Start The Heart will be released in June.
The record is the long awaited follow-up to his 2009 self titled debut, which was praised on FL for its “perfectly giddy little sing-along moments” and “scrappy outbursts bubbling with the kind of child-like energy”.
To celebrate (and announce) the upcoming release of We Keep The Beat…, Boulet has offered up a new track Trounce for free download and has also released a video for the album’s intro.
