Radiohead Australian tour
Mon 27th Feb, 2012 in Local News
After eight years of long years rumours, speculation and crossed fingers Radiohead will make their long-awaited return to Australian shores this November.
The band will play play just 5 shows on the East Coast – one in Brisbane and two each in Sydney and Melbourne. The lucky punters in Auckland also get a show – the first Radiohead show in New Zealand 14 years.
The tour announcement warns that “no shows will be added to the tour”.
Although the shows come off the back of their eighth studio release, The King Of Limbs, the band will use these long-overdue shows as a chance to “showcase the band’s multi-decade career in an aural and visual celebration.”
