Big Scary tour
Tue 14th Feb, 2012 in Local News
Big Scary will be taking their indie pop tunes to all corners of the country (even Darwin!) in April.
Their debut LP Vacation picked up a nomination for triple j’s Album of the Year (with Richard Kingsmill naming it as one of his personal top 10 albums of 2011) and almost won Big Scary a spot in the Hottest 100 with the single Gladiator falling just short in 104th place on the countdown.
The Melbourne duo will warm up for the Australian tour with sets at SXSW and Canadian Music Week before heading out for a quick run of shows in the US.
Geoffrey O’Connor will play the support sets for the Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane dates, with other guests to be announced soon.
