Tomas Ford releases album

It’s been six years in the making, but our very own disco cabaret showman Tomas Ford is finally ready to unleash his “weirdo masterwork”, An Audience with Tomas Ford upon the unsuspecting public. The first release is a batch of 100 handmade copies with bonus demos and remixes and a backgrounder zine. It will only be available at the launch party.

In his words:
“This isn’t the kind of pop record that you can play at a dinner party, unless your friends are really messed up.”

The launch itself promises to be a whole new Tomas Ford experience; The Amplifier Bar will become host to two rooms of debauched, experimental performance on the bleeding edge such as it hasn’t seen since the early nineties.

Ford has pulled in favours from all over the country for this one as well as convincing others to debut their skills in new and interesting ways. Aside from music, expect storytelling, comedy , cabaret, dirty poetry, Ukulele genius, poetry and underground drag.
