The Panda Band call it quits

Less than a year after releasing their long awaited second album Charisma Weapon, The Panda Band have called it quits.
According to triple j the Perth five-piece have gone their separate ways citing “irreconcilable differences “as the reason for the unexpected spit.
Forming in 2003 The Panda Band sprung to national attention with the hit Sleepy Little Deathtoll Town, taken from their debut record The Vital Chapter. The band’s second album, released in August last year, was described by it’s FL reviewer as: “a detailed kaleidoscope of noise guaranteed to make you discover new elements even on the thousandth listen.”
Members, Chris Callan and Scott Howard have reportedly already started work on a new project called The Witches, which is described as “Crowded House on steroids”.
