The Exploited storming toAustralia in 2012

Three decades since they started wreaking havoc around the world, The Exploited remain the living definition of punk rock. They have been tear gassed by German cops, banned from Holland, arrested in Spain and now Scotland’s scungiest are coming to Australia.

Wattie Buchan and co were last on our shores in 2007, and one FL writer summed up the live Exploited experience perfectly: “Buchan was on fire, souped up to the eyeballs, literally, displaying everything that others have copied and incorporated into their own shows since The Exploited first took up arms in 1980. Spitting into the crowd, staring people down, slamming the mic against his skull at every opportunity, Wattie turned it on and in doing so, put all the pale comparisons to shame.”
