Summadayze set times

Well, Christmas is out of the way and 2012 looms large on the horizon. Summadayze will hit us first on January 3rd at McCallum Park. Topping the bill this year are Pendulum, Calvin Harris, Scissor Sisters, Eric Morillo and Justice.

The Town of Victoria Park has come to the rescue of at least two Perth festivals who have found themselves homeless thanks to varied council rulings, promised beautifications, and complaining residents; odd, considering the plight of Manhattans Bar in Vic Park who had troubles earlier in the year from residents. Still, it is a relief that both Summadayze and Big Day Out have a home, at least for 2012.

Summadayze kicks off at midday with shuttle busses operating from 11.15 at Terrace Rd (bottom of the Concert Hall steps).
