Do you love the Melbourne music scene? Are you checking out bands every weekend? Are you highly organised with strong writing skills? Then you could be the person FL is looking for.

FasterLouder is looking for a State Coordinator for Melbourne. We’re seeking passionate, focused, communicators with strong organisational and writing skills. The role will see you coordinating our Melbourne contributors, editing live reviews, occasionally updating local news, approving and editing photo galleries and going to lots of gigs!

You would work closely with FL HQ to maintain and grow a strong FL community in Melbourne. It is a part-time position, but does require dedication and passion and would be perfect for someone studying at uni, wanting to get their foot in the door.

This role will suit a people person with incredible drive, energy, personality and desire to succeed. It’s the ideal role for someone who wants to kick-start their career in music journalism and promotions.

Preferably you will have experience with the FasterLouder site and be an active member (however we will consider applicants who are not).You will have strong writing and editing skills and, most importantly, be highly organised. The right candidates will have a wide circle of friends and strong local industry knowledge. The role is currently part time (roughly 5 hours a week).
