It has been a busy year for venue sales in Sydney. In February Justin Hemmes purchased the The Excelsior Hotel in Surry Hills for a reported $4.5millionl and in March that the brothers Dan and Matt Rule announced that after a decade in charge of the Annandale they were looking to sell the venue.
