Foo Fighters local supportsannounced

When Foo Fighters hit our shores this December they will bring Tenacious D and experimental rockers Fucked Up with them. Now three Aussie bands will also get the chance to shake some action (albeit for fifteen minutes) as opening support for the world’s biggest rock band.
Calling All Cars, who are well versed in the art of opening stadium sized shows, will kick off proceedings in Perth and Adelaide; Brisbane garage darlings DZ Deathrays will get the party started in Melbourne and the Gold Coast; and ladies of the clover Stonefield are set to open Sydney.
Set times for the shows have also been released, with Foos playing for an epic 2.5 hours and Aussie openers getting a short, but sweet 15 minutes In the sun.
Foo Fighters set times:
Doors: 4pm (GA field tix)
4.30pm (Res Seat tix)
Local Opener: 6pm – 6.15pm
Fucked Up: 6.25pm – 6.55pm
Tenacious D: 7.10pm – 7.55pm
Foo Fighters: 8.20 – 10.50pm
