Wave Rock 2011 lineup
Sat 10th Sep, 2011 in Local News
The most chilled out music festival of the year, the Wave Rock Weekender lineup has been announced and tickets are on sale now.
This long weekend is the one punters look forward to all year long. Each year, Soul Highway presents a boutique, adults only camping festival for genuine music lovers. They consistently showcase the highest calibre of music and short films; you might not have heard of them all, but you know they will be quality.
The organisers’ festival philosophy says it all perfectly; “We just want to have a good time. We want great, authentic arts experiences. We want to get off the highway. We want shows to be small enough that we can recognise one another. We don’t want to live on the internet or mobile phones; we want to live in real life!”
This year the festival will be held in October on the CHOGM long weekend starting at 1.30 Friday 28th October and finishing on the Sunday.
