The RocKwiz Christmas shows will return to a theatre near you this December, bringing a stocking full of festive surprises with them.

The cult SBS music quiz show has been spreading its wings of late, stepping out of our TV screens and onto festival line-ups around Australia. This festive season it will once again venture beyond the grimy walls of The Espy in Melbourne, where it is filmed each week, and onto the stages of this country’s finest theatres.

Previous RocKwiz Christmas specials have seen guest performances from Paul Kelly, Liam Finn, Tex Perkins, Clare Bowditch and more. This year Julia Zemiro, Brian Nankervis and the expanded RocKwiz Orkestra are promising an all-star, mystery guest line up, new ‘theatrical flourishes’ and plenty of ‘high quality frankincense’.

Thursday 1st December – Royal Theatre, Canberra
Friday 2nd December – State Theare, Sydney
Sunday 4th December – The Tivoli, Brisbane
Wednesday 7th December – Thebarton Theatre, Adelaide
Friday 9th December – Palais Theatre, Melbourne
Saturday 17th December – Nocturnal Concert at Perth Zoo, Perth

Tickets are on sale from 9am on 12th September.
