Stonefest 2011 lineupannounced

Everyone’s favourite uni festival is bringing it home in 2011 and this year’s line up is no exception.

A fine tradition for 43 years now, Stonefest is back with the latest homegrown artists on Saturday 29 October across three stages at the University of Canberra.

It kinda seems like the same ol' touring group. Last year's was better with Pendulum and Does It Offend You Yeah! on the bill.

But still looks like a good day nonetheless

Y'know, that's actually a pretty decent line-up. I hate Pendulum and DIOY,Y? so this is a much more appealing line-up to me. Might head along.

saw them at village fair in bathurst last year - an easy highlight.

Yeah that one band that's already on an extensive national tour are the must-see, good one.

pfft. i'm going to that too. it just happens that i also haven't seen the grates or jebediah.

and look, i'm fresh in from the country. it doesn't take much to get me excited about a line-up. not very much at all.

i'm just glad there's something on at all, to be honest!

did anyone hear what was just announced on triple j about stonefest? i only caught a bit of it, but it was something about it being downscaled to the dance and hip hop acts, which would suck
