More acts for Southbound

Seven more acts have been announced for Southbound 2012 including Regurgitator performing, arguably their finest album, Unit in full.

In addition to Drapht, the Gurge and The Grates, Melbourne band Alpine will add some twisted love-synth to the mix, Totally Enormous Extinct Dinosaurs will have prosthetic prehistoric tails doing infectious off-kilter dance and Beirut will bring the pop.

Not least in the latest announcement, CANT is the bass player from Grizzly Bear, and a serious bedroom music overachiever who plays five instruments – if you include his voice, runs a record label and is a composer and producer.
