FasterLouder at Splendour InThe Grass

If you are unable to make the trek north to see Kanye squish his ego into the Amphitheatre at Splendour In The Grass this weekend, never fear because FasterLouder are pitching our tent and plugging in our laptops to bring you all the goss direct from Woodfordia.

Not only will we be reporting back daily with mini-reviews and photos of all the onstage Splendour antics, we will also be giving you sneak peeks into what really goes on backstage.

For the second year running we will be working alongside acclaimed music photographer Daniel Boud in the FL Photo Studio. Over the course of three days Boud will invite dozens of Splendour bands to get a little bit crazy in front of the lens for the exclusive photo series.

If you happened to see our clue on twitter yesterday you may have worked out that this year’s photo studio theme sits somewhere between Willy Wonka and My Twisted Fantasy. So we will be asking the likes of Mogwai, The Grates, Jane’s Addiction, The Mars Volta and more to get in the Splendour spirit for what is sure to be one hell of a photo shoot!

All the photos will be exclusively posted on FL next week, but if you can’t wait that long, then make sure you are following FL on twitter and Facebook, because along with constat updates of all the music action we will be giving you sneak peeks into what is going on backstage in the FL Splendour Photo Studio.
