Aussie hip hop festival comingto Brisbane

Brisbanites, get your bling sorted and your swag checked, cos there is a new hip hop festival coming your way. This October sees the launch of SPRUNG, a celebration of Aussie hip hop and culture. The stellar lineup features big names Drapht, The Funoars, Illy, Pez & 360 and local legends Resin Dogs.

The all ages event will be held at the Riverstage, and is the first of its kind in Brisbane; hopefully starting a tradition of kicking off the summer festival season. And with tickets going for the old skool price of $66, it truly is accessible to everyone.

Two stages will be set up; one for the main acts, and the second focussed on the finalists of the national ‘Real Talk Battle League’. SPRUNG is the brainchild of Clockwork Entertainment, a group committed to bringing hip hop to the often neglected regional cities.
