Cover Your Artz websitelaunched

Life on the road has just gotten a whole lot easier with the launch of the Cover Your Artz website. The site provides Australia’s first up-to-date online network where artists and their managers can find all the right technical staff they need for touring and event management. It’s like the industry’s version of Facebook, with none of that poking nonsense.

Cover Your Artz is the brainchild of Director Penny Weber who has recognised that the local music community needed for a resource that covers all tour logistics in one go, connecting artists with industry professionals – from venue owners to lighting designers and sound engineers and more.

Membership for the site is free and it also offers three months worth of free services if you signs up before the end of July with the promotional code cyagift. Services provided by the site include access to the availability, fees and skills of production staff who are also members of Cover Your Artz.

To celebrate the launch of the site, a number of workshops run by Cover Your Artz have been scheduled throughout August in Melbourne, Adelaide and Sydney. Register for the workshops at www.coveryourartz.com/workshops and see below for details.
