Cat Empire man goes solo

Cat Empire frontman Felix Riebl will hit the road this August to show off tunes from his debut solo album, Into The Rain.

While Riebl is best know for his Latino-funk tunes, he describes the first single from the Into The Rain as ‘Wilco-esque’, and also sites Bruce Springsteen and Nick Cave as strong influences on his solo writing efforts.

You can catch Felix showing off his new tunes this August, with support from Gin Club turned solo artist Ben Salter.
