The Gin Club set sail

Brisbane collective The Gin Club are heading out this June, not to flog an album, book or comeback but simply to do what they do best – play music.

The band will, however, be filming this run of live shows to collect footage for a live CD/DVD set to be released at the end of the year, which they will no doubt go about flogging in December.

As if seeing the band live wasn’t enough, to sweeten the deal a little bit more, all punters through the door at any gig will get a free download code for a new collection of b-sides, rarities and what not, titled Hissy Fit Volume 2. In this wise words of Marica Hines, “Now that’s what I’m talkin’ about!”
