The folks at WAM really do know how to cram a lot of live music into a single week.

Following the 2011 WAMi Festival opening party on Saturday night, WA’s best local music festival continues on Sunday 22nd May from midday with festival stages at either end of Northbridge and in the Murray St Mall.

Each weekday there’ll be WAMi Acoustic Sessions from 12pm-2pm in both malls, midday electro/emcee performances at the Northbridge Piazza, WAMi Sundowners every night from 5pm at the Bird, and WAMi Showcases each night at the Bakery from 8pm.

The WAMi Festival culminates in the Saturday Spectacular followed by the Awards and Closing Party at the Bakery on 28th. All events except the opening and closing parties are free.
