Mon 16th May, 2011 in Local News
Sally Seltmann, Holly Throsby and Sarah Blasko have combined to form the group Seeker Lover Keeper.
The supergroup’s debut album will be released early next month and they’ll head out on tour to launch the collaboration live before heading to play at Splendour in the Grass in July.
For the band’s debut tour the trio of stars will be joined on stage by drummer Jim White and bassist David Symes. Youth Group’s Toby Martin will support the opening dates of the tour before New Zealand’s Tiny Ruins and Melbourne’s Seagull take on the opening duties.

As an introduction to the album the band has released three amazing (and slightly bewildering) clips for the tunes Light All My Lights, On My Own and Even Though I’m A Woman. Each song was written by one artist and sung by another and the clips feature some very fine lip-syncing from the actors Barry Otto, John Waters and Aden Young. Watch all three clips at the Seeker Lover Keeper website
