Parkway Drive officially 'hardworking'

Data released by Songkick, a live music and technology company that connects music fans with their favourite artists on tour, has listed Parkway Drive amongst the top 20 hardest working artists of 2010. They came in ranked 19th, behind a diverse range of names including B.o.B, Black Rebel Motorcyle Club, Lady Gaga, Willie Nelson, and Surfer Blood. Megadeth were ranked 20th.

The criteria used to determine ‘hardest working’ was distance travelled and how many times an artist’s name would appear on a bill. Based on the concert information aggregated from hundreds of sources, pop-punk band Mayday Parade toured the most in 2010, playing 194 concerts over a total of 71,000 miles. Vampire Weekend travelled the most miles (150,000) averaging more than 944 miles per show.
