Second show for Belle andSebastian

Belle and Sebastian have announced that they will be extending their Australian tour by one more day with a second and final show at the intimate Astor Theatre on Saturday March 19.

Its been almost five years since we’ve hosted the Glaswegian indie-pop darlings in Australia, and the first time we’ll experience material from their latest album, Write About Love.

FasterLouder’s reviewer said, of the new album, It’s a stunning piece of pop-songcraft from a band that forged an identity making just that -at a point when ‘pop’ was a dirty word.

The first show on March 18 has limited seats available and are on sale now. Tickets for the second show will go on sale Thursday 10th February 2011 from Bocs.
